Shipping/Return Policy?

All bows, freshies, clothing and boutique items that are marked as RTS are ready to ship and will ship within 3-5 business days of your order. If you order ready to ship items with preorder items, your full order will go out together, if you need the ready to ship item(s) sooner please checkout on a separate order. Clothing preorder turn around times vary, please see what is listed for each preorder. Sales will have a turn around time of 15-20 business days. Custom clothing and bows are open, if you have a special event and don’t see a color or style you need listed ready to ship on the site, reach out to Katie Toomey, the shop owner on our VIP Facebook group, via email at, or by direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

Sezzle is now accepted on orders over $35.


We ship via USPS and UPS, when a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. In the event this happens, please file a claim through the USPS or UPS website.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be issued. If you were sent the wrong item, or missing an item please send us an email, so we can do our best to correct this. We do not offer cancellations of orders, however if you have any questions or concerns about a product you have received from us, please reach out to the shop owner to give the opportunity to resolve your concern.
